§ 1 Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through afinething.com. The contracting party is Hatice Müller, A Fine Thing, c/o F2BII E-Commerce#1195, Hintergoldingerstrasse 30, 8638 Goldingen, Switzerland.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when A Fine Thing confirms the order by email or ships the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices in Swiss Francs (CHF). No VAT is shown for deliveries within Switzerland (small business regulation). Payment options are visible in the checkout area. For deliveries abroad, import duties (customs, import sales tax) may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

§ 4 Delivery

A Fine Thing collaborates with shipping partners; some goods are shipped directly from the supplier – partly internationally. The available delivery countries and shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout after entering the address (free from CHF 65 in Switzerland or CHF 85 internationally). Please allow 5–14 business days for delivery; details can be found on the product pages.

§ 5 Returns & Cancellation

Important: Please always register returns by email to hallo@afinething.com first. We will promptly send you the appropriate return address or a return label. Unregistered returns cannot be processed.

Customers from Switzerland: Voluntary return within 14 days of receipt for unused goods in original packaging. After registering the return, you will receive all information for the return; after receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price.

Customers residing in the EU can cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Cancellation by email to hallo@afinething.com.

§ 6 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Any further liability is excluded, as far as legally permissible.

§ 7 Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of A Fine Thing in Switzerland.
